- The first return or exchange for each individual order will include complimentary return shipping, covered entirely by our company.
- Any further return or exchange applications for the same order will require customer-borne return shipping fees, which will be assessed based on item weight and delivery scope.

5. Refund Process & Exact Arrival Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet return conditions, we will proceed with your refund in a timely manner. We use clear, fixed timeframes for all refund processing:
